Don't miss the Austin Symphonic Band's upcoming concert: Old, New, Borrowed, Blue. This exciting program includes the world premiere of (Delusions of) Grandeur by Christopher Lowry, winner of the first annual Young Composers' Contest. This piece showcases the talent and creativity of this young composer, who will be present at the concert.

The concert will also feature the first performance of Hill Country Festival by Clifton Jones, composed in honor of Bill Haehnel’s 20th anniversary as ASB’s Assistant Conductor.

You’ll hear a variety of other great music, from the jazzy New Wade’n Water by Hailstork, to Biebl’s solemn Ave Maria, to Ticheli’s dazzling Blue Shades. Come and enjoy an evening of musical excellence with the Austin Symphonic Band!
